Article on ESA sanctions
Juan Ramirez, the Welfare Benefits Supervising Caseworker, has written an article on Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) sanctions that was published in the CAB Adviser magazine.
“ESA claimants in the work activity group are required to attend work focused interviews and work-related activity. Here, Juan Ramirez looks at evidence of the disproportionate impact of ESA sanctions on claimants with mental health conditions and those with learning difficulties in the city of Leicester.”
